I am still tempted by this case and I like the black one

What I am worried about this case is the black mesh. I am worried that dust will quickly accumilate in the mesh and I don´t know how easy it will be to keep clean. There is two meshed to worry about, the top and on the side. You could put tights on the side one, but not the top one as it will be hard to reach.

I don´t know :rolleyes:

Not having used one for long enough to let it gather dust, but going by my v1000+.

The dust does not settle that bad, when it does, compressed air can and give it a blow.

It is less of a problem than you think

With the dust issue on the top mesh, there are two 120mm exhaust fans and blow hot air out from inside the case, therefore dust will not be a problem. When you are not using it you could cover it with a book or keyboard mines the latter. I have the silver one I like it. I have turned the top two fans off, using the vantec nexus 301 fan controller and I can feel the warm air though the top mesh. The only fans I have on is the cpu and gpu, yet by temps are low i.e idle 26 deg C load around 40 deg C cpu fans 900rpm.

The problem is that I will probably be sent away for two weeks and with my luck it will come into stock and then sell out before I get home

According to the main dealers there is no stock in the UK and none expected until between late March and April. OCUK say 3-5 days from 5 days ago.

Thanks for the info... I guess I will just have to wait...

OcUK has been saying 3-5 days for more than 5 days... Those numbers usually don't mean anything

They are expected in the UK on 6 April. I want to. Its a pain having to wait.

So has any bought one and if so any good? Can you see on the box if it's the revised version?

The black one is still out of stock... I am back from the Orkneys, but I am being sent to Holland next, which will probably be when the case comes into stock as well as when my new car arrives :rolleyes:

They did have the black one instock as well for a few days..

I almost brought one of the black ones myself..but i had to hold off due to trying to save for a new HD LCD/plasma TV..

Out of the Lian Li S80 and the TJ07 whats the preferred case ? I know the S80 ain't here yet , but just going on looks and specs ?

Personally I'm VERY tempted by a black TJ07 :eek:

Whats peoples opinions on these beauties ? Any build issues I need to be aware of ?

Nobody can say on the S80, it uses a more refined cooling system so reviewers in the large will get temperatures of 80deg idle for the case temp, like one did with a v1000+ :rolleyes:

For opinions on the S80 you will have to wait until it comes out, although it does look like its going to be awsome.
