Hi all,

On the verge of ordering this case. I've got a Alpenföhn K2 to go inside it. I know it comes with a 140mm front case fan but it's missing a rear? Do I need a case fan on the rear? If so, what's a good one to go for?

I'm not going to need anything LED related as the case doesn't have a window so that's that idea out the window.

Thanks :)

I'm now torn between the Fractal Design ARC MINI/MIDI. More so the MINI due to my build being mATX.

DECISIONS!

I'd stick with the TJ08-E. Another good m-atx case, the Corsair 350D.

You sure it will fit in the TJ08? It's 165mm in size. I believe the TJ08 limit is also 165mm, so might be OK.

The fron fan is a 180mm air penetrator, not a 140mm fan.

The rear accepts a 120mm fan. YOu don't technically need a rear fan, but you can always add one. Like a Noiseblocker PL-2, Be Quiet! Silent Wings, ect... Loads.

The Arc Mini does give me future water cooling possibilities though. I'll have another look at all 3 cases tonight and make my choice! I was also concerned about if the CPU cooler would fit. I may even email Silverstone to get confirmation on this as I don't want to get it and it not fit! I do like the layout on the TJ08-E though and my last case is a Silverstone and was happy with that!

It's all down to if it will fit this cooler!

The k2 will fit in the TJ08-E are Arc Mini but not the 350D. So that rules that one out. :)

As said before the tj08-e's front fan is a 180mm air penetrator, a great fan..

On my D14 I have a rear 120mm fan. I have another noctua one but it won't go with your scheme. Any fast silent black fan would suit. :)

Just make sure before fitting the k2 that the fans are the lowest they can be. :)

Thanks for the input and advice guys.

Do any of you know if you can get a Window for the Arc MINI? I've seen them for the MIDI but not the MINI?

Thanks
