I originally bought this as a spare back in 2006. Only ran it once, however it seems to be struggling with my system...

After putting in a 3rd hard drive and filling all the memory slots running 8GB DDR3 there seems to be a somewhat slowing incident going on from the transition of desktop to game mode/alt tabbing as well as a time delay on UAC prompts as the cursor vanishes waiting on it to appear. No whining about power issues though but the +12V is lower than usual.

In the BIOS it's 11.92X, once in Windows 11.63 and when gaming in the 11.53 range.

I thought this was suppose to be a beast... 750w.

2 120mm case fans and 2 120mm on the H70. 3 Sata hard drives, 1TB, 500GB, 200GB, 1 Sata optical drive and a memory cooler that has two fans.

Even when I ran it with 4GB and 2 hard drives no transition slowdowns but the +12V was at 11.74 in Windows. Sometimes I seen .64 in HWMonitor.

Has the PSU degraded?

+12V = 11.63V
+5V = 4.96V
CPU VCORE 1.21V
VIN3 1.69V
VIN4 2.08V
VIN6 0.41V
VIN8 1.68V

The difference in voltages is prob due to vdroop, nothing to worry about, in addition to which the figures you report are still within 5% of their stated voltages, this is considered acceptable
I wouldnt worry
Not sure why you would be getting your slowdowns though, this does not sound related

I had too many items on the one power line. I've moved them to different spots. 3 sata and one 120mm fan was running together.

Since I've moved them alt tabbing/alt enter, UAC prompts are instantaneous now. Sadly one of the sata power connectors were jiggly. Wouldn't stay clipped in. Once I gently took it back out, the clip somehow came off exposing the gold strips. So I had to use one of the spare adapters that now has a snug fit.

It was like the plastic wasn't properly made since it was thinner than the other connectors.
