Sim rig build

Hi all,

Looking to build myself a sim rig. Not built a pc in a fair few years since I switched to Mac so no idea as to where to start.

I only need the base system so motherboard , CPU and cooler , ram and graphics card. I still have a case and SSD from a few years back which will do fine.

For now the pc will be used in my living room so needs to be quiet and it’ll be connected to a 65” 4K tv. I plan on going VR in the future so ideally want a decent GPU to power my current TV at its native res and VR in the future.

I have a budget of about £600. Is the above doable or will I need to up my budget to achieve what I’m after?
