Nope both hands are totally normal - apart from lots of callouses.

Didn't realise there were so many people with it - seems like quite a rare thing.

Yes on one hand, but my eczema is really bad on that palm so all the lines are really deep, you can see that it isn't really one line across, but two parallel lines joined at the ends.
