I reckon just jpeging them further you could get it to under 20kb. Although aren't flash sigs banned regardless of size?
 
Not funny, the creator is clearly a moron as VTEC isn't hyphenated, that's nearly as bad as calling it VTECH:p

You're not going to get an animated sig no matter how small it is, but you can get a rotating one. Sort of the same effect but it won't look as good as the GIF.

EDIT: Not sure how to get them appearing in order though. Bugger!

No, it's the part where some Honda fans get upset by it :)

Showed it to one of the Type R zealots in the office earlier, he's not speaking to me now. Result! I've been wondering how to shut the stupid sod up for weeks....

VTEC engines produce mountains of torque - just the same way a screw modded Dturbo produces an extra 100bhp per quarter turn.
