Interesting, monkey island coming this year then next is a new simon game. And recently there was a new syberia game.

Nice time for adv games coming back.

Sadly I don't think 30 years on it will pull me in like the original game did, while the new Monkey Island game might.

Yep, I found this game so hard. I remember having major tantrums and keyboard smashing on this one :)

The first one was ace. Had the talkie version with the crap one of red dwarf as a kid.

That bloke who lives in the house making the soup is hilarious and in the second game (which is crap) he is the manager of the restaurant. Haha

The news about Monkey was amazing, and the fact that Dominic Armato is back and Ron Gilbert is at the helm, genuinely cannot wait.

I also liked Simon, not quite on the same level as Monkey Island, yet still a great game at it's time, I remember the audio being especially well done. I really hope Chris Barrie will be back as I'm not sure it would work for me with anyone else, his voice is so distinctive.

DoTT next anyone? Haha.

If you've not played it yet the dott remaster from a few years back is really solid. Its really just a fresh can of paint over the whole game, but looks good and it holds up
