Simple Access 2000 validation question

So for my schoolwork, i need to include some validation on Access 2000, i have little knowledge of the program but would like to include the validation of alphabetical characters ONLY and perhaps an '***-***' sort of validation for postcode entry.
I can do numerical only but i'm wishing to use these sorts as more evidence for more marks. I hope you understand me, and I know it will be stupidly simple in all probability, but i should have paid attention, not that i know if this was mentioned by teacher or not , but thank you anyway in advance.

Well, I've answered my own question on the alphabetical characters only, but not the post code validation.:

I'm having trouble implementing this in my database, when i put the rule into the validation it refuses to allow it as working.

I've worked out how to make an input mask for post codes though.
