Simple airflow question

I'm in the middle of building my HTPC, and i'm just wondering what would be the best way to have the air flowing.

I've got 2x120mm and 2x80mm fans to play with, case is a Zalman HD503.

Would this setup be optimal, or pants?

(The grey waffle is my Noctua CPU cooler!)

looks OK to me, not much of an expert though!

your running negative pressure so I'd be wary of dust, but I'm pretty sure that's how Id set it up

I've set it up like that now... but OOMMMMGGGGGGGG trying to unclip the sides off of that case got me literally shouting with rage lol... the plastic clips started snapping off :/

Luckily though, i've managed to squeeze the rubber stand-offs down the side of the case while prizing it open with a screwdriver hah!
