Simple and unbranded FLV player/flash embedding

I'm looking for a simple FLV player to embed flash banners with. No skinning/timeline etc required, just the video on repeat.

Can I just use Adobe for such a thing, and if not what else can I use?

I actually don't know of any flv players which are unbranded without having to pay for it.

How do Flash banner adverts work? Would they be a paid-for player as well? As it's basically the same concept, just not an advert

FLV is a video format while Flash banners are generally SWF.
Any adverts which are done with FLV are probably embedded with a custom player made by the advert company.

However, if you're just wanting to drop in a normal swf flash file, check out swfobject.

Cool, I didn't even know they had one. Unfortunately though, it has branding, which OP specifically does not want, else I would have recommended flowplayer.

Perhaps do your own? Plenty of tutorials about for 'knocking' up a FLV player in Flash/AS.
