Simple and unbranded FLV player/flash embedding

I'm looking for a simple FLV player to embed flash banners with. No skinning/timeline etc required, just the video on repeat.

Can I just use Adobe for such a thing, and if not what else can I use?

How do Flash banner adverts work? Would they be a paid-for player as well? As it's basically the same concept, just not an advert .
