Simple automatic wordpress newsletter?

Hi, i'm looking for a newsletter plugin for wordpress with a signup widget, and which will automatically send out an e-mail with my recent posts every month or so. Does such a thing exist? TIA

Personally I use feedburner for this the visitors signup and can receive email in the options. There are plugins to help with the user experience. This helps stop any spam complaints or your emails being filtered out by the big email servers.

If you really want to run your list from your servers then take a look http://wordpress.org/search/newsletter+plugin there are many options
