Simple contacts manager script?

Hi all,

I'm looking for a very simple script - hoping someone might know of one!

Basically I just want to create a private contact list - something that's password protected, but once in, anyone can add their contact details (phone/email/name etc), and you can view any

Any ideas?

As an app for your computer, a website a phone? Either way it's a little more than a simple script so a little more detail would be good
