Simple Data Backup Software

Can someone recommend something simple to upgrade data only. I want something that I can increment weekly say, but only pictures and personal files that are on Google photos and c:/Users etc. For the time being I am not looking to clone the drive or have system restore facilities. I just want to weekly have an incremental backup on say a USB pen drive and clone to another for security.

What is the issue? Have you a viable alternative that is British made?

Half of this forum buy stuff from China so must be ok.

I use Marcrium reflect btw.
