Simple DLNA streaming on win10

Windows does have DLNA capability but it only streams "windows default locations", audio/pic/video.

Not interested in re-encoding on the fly or "library/playlist building, indexing". I dont use WMP for local playback (use MPC-HC).

I want to get my smart tv to see my for ex. c:\downloads folder or any other manually assigned folder.

Any way to do it on vanilla win10 ?

Just install Plex.
