Simple Dual Monitor card (non gaming)

Hi everyone, I want to add a second monitor to my set up and I am currently using the GPU built into my motherboard (ASRock FM2A75 Pro), which won't handle two monitors, so I need a separate graphics card that can run two monitors.

I don't do any gaming, so this is just for day to day work, it doesn't need to be anything too special. I would prefer passive cooled as well, rather than adding another fan. Any non expensive suggestions?

Wow, thank you Preytheon that is a fantastic write up and super helpful. I will go through that lot and see what is available but it gives me a great place to start.
