Simple Guides to the Internet and Windows etc?

Are there any websites offering such guides? I know an elderly lady that wants to learn but I don't have the time or the patience to show her. Is there anything that I can print off and give her to help her along?

Maybe she'd benefit from tuition in person if she's that age?

If she can get out and about, there are places around my area that give basic IT lessons for free, so perhaps she could attend such a thing?
