Right basically my BT router (infinity) is in one corner of my living room
And my TV,ps4,bt TV and PC is in the opposite corner.

Now alothough my PC and ps4 is wireless, it's a lot slower than Ethernet, and BT TV box isn't wireless at all with a 10m Ethernet just fitting around the room.

Now what do I do???

I'd like to leave the BT hub where it is, but I'd like each of my devices connected via Ethernet so what's the bests way???

Power line adapters were my original though but I'd need 4 of them, then I. Thought of hardwiring but would I need 4 cables running around the room? Or one cable Then a Ethernet switch ??

Or shall I extend the phone line to the TV area and have my hub there with 4 devices coming out of that??
I suppose I could move the hub as it isn't a big deal.

Shall I buy a better router too than the BT one or is the BT one okay?

Cheers

Just ordered a 15m DSL cable from the bay, I read on another thread on here that that would work

So let's see, that way il have one thin cable then all my Ethernet stuff together

Still wanting to know if a better hub/router will be better too

Cheers mate
I posted as you did so just read your post.

But with an nether et set itch can all devices be used together? Or just one a time and literally switch between them?? Sounds daft I know but something's are using the Internet together that's all
