simple mindless Fighting or Hack and Slash games

Hello,

Can anyone recommend me a few games I can play for a few mins laidback with my ps2 imitation controller on PC ?

I'd like fighting games like Soul Calibur 4 on the ps3 or more hack and slash games like Devil May Cry 4... I haven't finished DMC4 but the reason for that is I can't be arsed any more doing puzzles/ looking for the right way to go/ remembering the terrain... So hence something simpler will do...

I know this isn't the pc's strong point but I'm still asking as I need a game I can play quickly for 15 mins and knock/slash a few things up without touching my mouse & kb...

Diablo is an RPG isn't it ?

I'm kind of more wanting to get a side view fighting game than a hack and slash really, DMC is as far as I'd like to go with hack and slash

. There is stuff like mortal combat of course but it's dated and besides, button bashing doesn't work really well there and I really love button bashing

Define "hack'n'slash"? If you mean complete with ninja finishing moves etc, I'd go with Dark Messiah of Might and Magic. Diablo2 is a hack'n'slash in the other sense: travel from a-z via b, c etc and kill everything on the way. But it's sprite graphics so every kill looks pretty similar. Still a great game though.

Ninja flashing moves yeah, or well, something similar to DMC4/Ninja Gaiden or fighting games like Soul Calibur 4.

Street fighter looks good, but will it really come to pc? I thought capcom got annoyed with pc sales of DMC4...

LEGO Batman or LEGO Indiana Jones are simple pick up the gamepad and play games. Reminded me a lot of Megadrive platform games of old where you could just play it and enjoy the mindless fun.
