Simple over clocking

Just got the DS3 and 6300 bundle from overclockers.

Is there anything i can do, without to much complication, to speed the system up?
I have updated to F5 bios.

I have read about increasing the voltage to 1.44v... whats this all about?

You will have to give details of your complete system to get max oc, but in short leave the voltage at stock 4 now and increase the fsb.
