Cheers for the replys people!
Both me and my girlfriend have the same mobo/cpu/ram - the difference is our cases, psu and gfx cards
Her overclock: 1.175 @ 4Ghz / Idle: 40 / Prime95 Load: 75 @ 1hr
My overclock: 2.25 @ 4.4Ghz Idle: 30 / Prime95 Load: 62 @ 1hr
I know those are safe temps and even at 80 they'd be safe but tbh, they won't reach that high I doubt in normal games, especially the games we play. I don't really want them that high anyway as the room is quite small and gets warm very quickly, as a result the radiator is perma-off! lol though I cleaned out my PSU and now its no longer kicking out warm air with the new setup.

Will be pushing the overclocks slowly and when I have a bit more time. I reckon I could get more out of mine easily at that voltage so I'm gunna give it a go.
I'm happy hers is on 4ghz for the moment, if we start playing anything else thats a bit more demanding and it looks choppy I'll have another look at it but if its that bad.. I doubt a .4-6ghz OC extra will do that much good though.. but then again on 4cores.. perhaps so!
