Hi everyone

I would like to build a new PC for my mum this Christmas, she has a 3-4 year old laptop which is pretty knackered now. She uses a keyboard/mouse/screen connected to it so I was thinking to replace it with a small desktop. Possibly a micro-ATX or mini-ITX would be fun to build as I have only built big ol' gaming towers before now.

Can anyone recommend a build for light office work, web browsing, YouTube, that kind of stuff. Budget is £200. A nice, clean looking case would be a bonus.

Cheers

Here's a Mini-ITX offering:

Chose blue but that case comes in several colours.

The laptop's hard drive could be salvaged and used as extra storage, perhaps. So she gets the snappiness of the SSD and more storage room.
