Simple PHP question

Hi all, i have a shop running an online cart, but id like to edit the index.php and insert a link.

This is an example of what i mean:
CLICK ME TO GO TO FORUMS

But i want it in php code ? (if that makes sense)

Also, needs to be centered and size 3.
I tried google but had no luck, all it give me was millions of scripts.

I think you misunderstand what PHP is.

PHP just generates HTML - you can't write a link "in PHP code", but you can write PHP code to generate the HTML of the link.
