simple program help

Hi Guys,

Ive looked around for code samples for keypress events but have only managed to find samples for a single keypress. Not too bothered about what language is used as long as it works. All I am looking for is something like:

 IF keypress = <CTRL + L> then run <URL>

Any ideas etc would be a great help
