Simple program to measure max RAM usage?

Can anyone recommend something that can do this in Win10? Like the temperature monitoring programs for CPU/GPU etc, but to measure the maximum ram usage. By program if possible?

You can see that just in task manager or resource monitor, but I assume you want the maximum value to be recorded rather than observed?

yes, I can’t keep switching out of apps to catch peak usage - it’d need to be recorded.
