simple spec needed

hi all im after a new simple spec, what i need is

cpu
mobo
ram
gfx

im not looking to run games on it at massive specs, but i would like it to run at 1024/768 smoothly and the game is WoW, and the pc is only used for general use, i.e internet, burning cd's etc,

i would like to spend min if poss, but i my max is about 200-300

any help would be great
