we are after a simple ticket system for 50 staff, free if possible. would be really nice if it integrated with SharePoint and use staff's office 365 (azure) login details.
50 staff actioning tickets or 50 staff with the potential need to raise tickets? It can make a big difference to licensing costs and options.
I'll throw a vote in for freshdesk here. Various levels of features depending on what you need/are willing to pay for, although AD integration is only available on the higher tiers.
