Simple Windows 10 on Laptop please ?

Ok so I have a Laptop it's a hp 15-bw0xx , think it has an A10 CPU , 4 Gig of DDR4 and an SSD which I just put in today , I want to put Windows 10 on it and upgrade the Ram too , but it has no DVD Drive so I need to do it using a USB stick ?no idea how to do that .

can anyone give me some advice please?.
