Just browse Google for 'region free ntsc 360 games' or similar and it will point you in the direction of lists showing whats what...

Some publishers usually release region free 360 games, others rarely don't. Alas you have to check every game. Worse is that people don't know until the game is released, so be careful of foreign pre-orders.

Iirc, you can on some provided it says it is region free.
