SimpleViewer ImageGal - What am I doing wrong?

I have used SimpleViewer to create a cimple gallery for a friends new baby.

As I understand SimpleViewer, all you do is upload your images to the /images folder, then go to yoururl/buildgallery.php

This runs a a script where the output looks right, but the new images dont show ?
