Hey all,

I need to ask a favour for anyone who is on the £20 Simplicity Pack on o2 that has an iPhone 3G...

Go to...
Settings -> General -> Network -> Cellular Data Network ->

I now need to know the settings for the Cellular Data, Visual Voicemail and MMS.

Thanks in advance :)

I have the web bolt-on so I'm guessing I should be using mobile.o2.co.uk?

Only thing is, the guy at the apple store told me when I put my Contract sim in, I should be using idata.o2.co.uk. Is this just for Pay Monthly Contract users and not for Simplicity? Whenever I use idata, it doesn't work, but it works when I use mobile.o2.co.uk.

Do I need to edit either of the MMS or Visual Voicemail Settings?

Hi I've got a question re: Simplicity Sim.

Hope the OP doesn't mind. Thought I'd keep it in a similar thread for neatness.

The Web bolt-on without wifi ..does that mean I can't even use my home wifi? Or is it just cloud hotspots?

You will always be able to use your home Wifi. You just wont be able to use cloud hotspots. You will still be able to use wifi anywhere in the world as long as it either free/unlocked or you have been given access. You could always go near an O2 store etc and just test to see if it works.

Question about this - I was thinking about geting a PAYG and then sticking a simplicity sim in but a mate told me that the new iphones use a smaller sim that can't be changed? or something along those lines - is this true or is it a load of male cow faeces

No that's rubbish. All iPhones take standard SIM cards.
