OK i have recently purchased Sims 2 and all the addons, nightlife, uni, open for bussines and the 2 bits addons.
I have 2gig 6400 ddr2 ram, a Conroe E6600 and an ATi X1900-XT all on a Gigabyte DQ9 board.
I thought that this would be more that enough to play the game however when i took my sim and his woman to a nightclub in the nightlife burb it seemed to slow down a lot when a lot of disco lights were on.
Does the game really need a MASSIVE spec to run well or is there something else wrong.
