She liked sims 1 and had all the add ons, also will it be okay on my pc;

3700+ 2gb ram x600xt?

It will brilliant on that rig. I'm running it on a Skt A Athlon XP 2600+ (2.1ghz), 1gb Ram, 6800 and its very smooth. Saving takes a while if I've been playing on it a while.

Bought sims2 for my gf as she was complaining about my WoW addiction, i've since grown bored and stopped playing but she's never off that game

only thing i've noticed about Sims 2 is the University expansion pack (having LOTS of active sims on screen) it does start stuttering a lot...
my rig is a 4000+ @ 2.6, 7800GT and 2GB ram... games installed to my raptor (iirc)

other than that it'll run fine, very addictive game though

oh dear, just got sims for my sister

she's only got an athlon xp 1800 and geforce 4 ti4200

My sister runs the Sims 2 with the University and Nightlife expansions on a P4 2.4 with a Geforce 4 Ti200. It runs a little slow but shes happy with it.
