Sims 3 free car question

Brought the limited edition pre order thingie for the mrs.

but cant work out where to go for the limited car download.

i registered the game but then she played it before we downloaded the car and now we cant find out where u have to go to type in the seriel number to get the download option.

any tips on where i should be looking in order to put the code in?

any help appreciated as currently in the dog house for "losing" the free car
