Can i just controll one person? I just want to controll one of the two people i have, and not even have the other person living with me. Is there any way to boot her out my house?

You are going to have to get a major argument between you, which may lead to some fights, so they may eventually leave the house by themselves.

Could you just move yourself out ?

Or take control of said other person, and move them out ?
