Simular to cpanel

Hi all.. I am looking for somthing like cpanel but opensource so free.. So i can run my IPB forum from it ect...

I take it you are using your own machine for hosting? I would have recommended just to pick up some cheap cpanel hosting from hosting providers. Their prices would include admin software like cpanel already I would think.
edit: how much you pay for it if you dont mind me asking? Is it just a one off payment?
