simultaneously stream music between 2 pc's?

Hi guys im trying to steam music from one pc to another (party mode). I want the same track playing, and synced on both pc's. Is there any software that allows me to do this? I have tryed google and it looks like the only way people have got this to work, is to set up an internet radio play list.
Does anybody have any other ideas?

I don't know of anyway really, internet radio would work I'm sure, but perhaps there is an offline way of doing it?

Sonos music players can do this, but obviously this isn't a solution

I believe Airfoil can do this. Developed for Mac and the Airport Express, but it has many other applications, and there's a Windows version...
