Just a quick heads up that this is only $4.99 until the 7th July on Steam. (Works out at around £3.50). It also includes the original Sin game.

Its probably not the greatest game in the world, but I have seen some fairly positive reviews and at that price, you can't really go wrong.

For $4.99 it doesn't really matter if it's utter poo ;)

I bought it a while back and it is completely generic as fps titles go. There's very little to make it stand out, although making big explosions in rooms full of physics objects was worth a few grins :)

I think it's more a shame that the series will probably never get developed beyond this episode.

Yes Sin episodes is carp, no further episodes are planned also as ritual were moved onto mobile phone game development probably due to the carpness of emergence.

SiN is a bit generic, true. Still good fun though.

The remaining episodes were not made due to some internal developer conflict.

I hope they make some more, seems a bit of a shame to leave it here.

Only about £3.50 mmmmmmmm do i buy this or not

(I enjoyed playing Sin 1 many years ago, even with all the bugs it had when it got released..)

Imo , this is still fun , and to see the fit bird (better than lara croft) is worth the £3.50 :D

I bought this when it was first released, its not the greatest of games but at the price its worth picking up if you want to try something new.

IT has been on offer before... I bought it a while back. Good fun for a bit, cant really go wrong for the money.

I'm a big FPS fan. However I have to say that sin episodes : emergence was perhaps the worst FPS I've ever played.

Yes, I completed it, but it was very painful by the end. The environments were generic and uninteresting. The enemies were generic and dull (see a pattern 'emerge' here?). The automatic difficulty adjustment was pretty screwy.

I'm not saying it's not worth the money (I mean £3 is nothing at all for a game), but I struggle to say that it's worth the time you will spend to finish it (which is only about 3 hours if I remember correctly anyway).

I Bought this about a week before it went on special the last time.. rather annoying because it wasnt worth 15quid...

Oh yeah - she's great actually. I thought the start of it was good, and the view from the last map was stunning but the in-between wasn't so memorable.
