Since windows 7 install, interent wont automatically connect

After installing windows 7 i now have to connect to the internet by going into device manager and disabling the network realtek LAN adaptor and then re-enable it.

The yellow triangle then goes from the taskbar network icon and I'm now on the interent.

Anyone know a reason for this?

Did you get the Windows 7 driver for the nic or are you using a Vista based driver? I had something similar with my Biostar T series board and 7 64bit. Fixed itself when I got the appropriate driver from their site (Windows installed a driver for it during install automatically).

I do a search for the specific driver later, either from realtek its self or gigabyte (mb).
