Single din stereo with monitor output

I've recently bought a new car . The standard until installed in the car is a Magneti Marelli RT3eV-N3-Q1.the unit is damaged and is requesting an upgrade cd. Is there a altermalter car stereo I can buy with a monitor output so I can utilize the dashboard screen the car already has ?
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.. easty
