Single GPU for 2 monitors

I currently have a system with 2 x GTX 480 on a monitor each largest res 1680 x 1050.

I am going to build a new system and would rather run both monitors on a single new GPU, then the 2 heat producing 480s.

What would you recommend?

Run the cards from a single card if you are not really gaming.

I do gaming, and also music streaming while in SL,

my 7850 seems to handle two monitors gaming (1080P) and its a cool card

Not a fan of multi screen though for gaming as two just doesn't sit right perhaps i should get a 3rd and a second 7850.

Go none ref and OC the nuts off it if it struggles at stock.

Dont know why but i assumed £180 budget seems i'm making things up. Whats you budget??
