Single Sided RAM

Hello, can any one recomend me 1GB modules of Single sided DDR 2 preferably 667?

Ive been looking through whats available but doesnt state if the modules are single or double sided.

reason being is that i brought an Asrock MB with the intention of putting in 4GB but realised the board only supports Single Sided DDR for 3GB or 4GB
