Is there any way to do this?

I want to be able to enter one username and password everytime I open an application that requests a username and password.

I am guessing not as they will all have different forms and buttons but I thought I would check anyways.

There is enterprise-grade software (read: very expensive) that does what you want, but that's probably not what you're after.

If you don't mind putting a bit of effort into it you could use AutoIT or something similar to script the inputting of usernames or passwords into applications when the Window title appears, but I'm not sure if you can layer some sort of Windows authentication within this. This is basically how enterprise desktop SSO works in any case so it'd be a good starting point.
