Single Slot GFX but powerful but what?

Have sadly been given a Dell Optiplex 7050 at work with the new i7 7th series in there. I require a GFX but am limited to a single slot only and no extra power inputs.

Anyone got a recommendation on what card to use? Needs to be really powerful

as far as I know this is the going to be the best single slot card when it comes out. Still needs additional power though.

Zotac do single slot but the cooler is bigger. No power required.
