Singstar PS3 advice

Looking at getting this for over the holidays for a laugh with the family, how exactly does it work with regards to tracks etc?

Can I just buy the mic's and download tracks? Or do I need to buy one of the Solus to play from a disc?

I've seen "Disney Sing It High School Musical 3 Senior Year+ 2 Microphones" for £9. Will I still be able to download tracks from Singstore with this or will I need one of the original Singstar games?

I'd have thought it would need to be a Singstar game m8. As I believe you access the store via the game.

No, but many of the disc songs are available to buy from the store now.

I agree, That would be a great feature for me as i have most of the disks.

Its a great game tho, Some of the Vids people upload are so funny
