Does anyone have any decent pics for use as a desktop? I've done a few searches but can't seem to find anything decent. I'd prefer something that doesn't include bloody Budgie being drooled over :)

You probably need to be old to know what I'm on about......;)
 
I havn't got any pictures but I was once involved in a radio windup that convinced TalkSport presenter Charlie Worlf that she had sadly passed away......bizzare I know.
 
I engineered The Banshees twice when they first started off and had good beer sessions with them. I also snogged Souxie with tongues. It would never have worked because I was still in flares with long hair and she had a Mowhawk.

I thought of putting my experiences onto a web page.
If I remember right Souxie was supporting either The Boomtown Rats or the original Ultravox.

Around the same time I was mixing a band called Marseille at the same place and after they'd finished somebody came up to me and asked if I liked the band. I said I thought they reminded me and sounded a lot like The Heavy Metal Kids (Gary Holton Auf Weidersehn Pet). I was then thumped by one of the members who walked off shouting "We sound nothing like the Heavy Metal Kids".
A bouncer ran over and asked me if I wanting him knee-capping :D

Very cool but that means you are really old. Not the same I know but I once had a fling with sex pot who looked remarkably like Siousie.

ubern00b23 - That Spandau Ballet pic hurt my eyes. You are nasty. The Siouxie one would scare my kids and my missus might mention the phrase 'mid-life crisis'.
