Ive managed to get myself a 35 day aged 960g Sirloin joint, i know theres loadsa stuff online for how to cook it, i was just going to pan sear it then into the oven for however long but i wondered if any of you have any funky suggestions... however i am staunchly a medium man.
So does anyone have anything good to do with one?
