sisandra accuracy?

Ive just overclocked my Pentium 4 3.0ghz with HT to 3.4ghz and ive ran the 2 cpu's Benchmarks Arithmitic and the other one and its saying its better then a P4 3.8ghz is this just sisandra being dodgy or is this due to the HT?
 
Which sandra benchmark is in question?

It is possible that you're registering as being better than a 3.8 becasue you've more L2 cache. There's more to CPU performance than raw MHz.
