Hey all,

It has been a while since I have purchased any gaming hardware so I am a little out of touch in the scene.

My sisters PC has given up the ghost and she would like to replace it. Her budget is somewhat unknown but I would suggest up to £500-600ish.

We can utilise he existing case, monitor, peripherals etc, so essentials all I need is a bundle type suggestion.

OcUK seem to have some good motherboard bundles, this one caught my eye in particular, and I would probably just get it as is.

My real grey area of current tech is graphics cards at the moment, no idea of the sweet spot of cost against performance. Essential all she wants to be able to play is Sims4 but I would prefer to over spec a bit to future proof it somewhat.
I will leave it to you find people to advise if a PSU is required (her current is a tr2 rx 450w).

Open to suggestion, thanks in advance.

Cheers
Dan

It might be worth exploring why her PC failed, and top of the list of usual suspects is a substandard PSU so replacing a no-name brand with a quality one is definitely a good idea.
