Hello all,

You may have seen I asked for website reviews in another thread and was interested in my own ecommerce website. I have zero experience in ecommerce or web coding and was going to pay for a site to be made but thought I'd see what I could do first.

Just started playing with OpenCart in the last few days and this is the result. Would you use it? Appreciate feedback etc. (Just a pilot site at the moment, no payment gateways live etc, copy text ropey at best).

It's http://nicemotorbike.co.uk

The site looks good but did you really make it? "Shoppica theme made by ThemeBurn.com"

I don't like the payment options (visa/mastercard/paypal buttons at the bottom)

Shoppica is a very nice and clean theme, looks good.

In answer to your question "would you use it?", yeah I would (if I was looking for motorbike cleaning stuff anyhow :p) It looks professional not like the dodgy looking ecommerce sites out there.

A critique of a design you installed? Hmm..

Sorry, maybe I wasn't clear - certainly not claiming it's my work and gord, not asking for a critique on the design I installed - more after an overall 'yes I would use it' type review as I have no experience in this field. Thanks to those who provided this, you feedback is really appreciated :)

down for maintenance for me but as said is clean and functional and I'd be inclined to use it if I was in need of motorbike stuff...

Best to contact PayPal and see what they say. We use SagePay and PayPal and as the lowest level merchant we complete a questionnaire each year to get the accreditation.

The 'nice motorobike' logo top right makes me think of autotrader which I am not too keen on. Other than that, seems to be down for maintenance at the moment.
